Nowadays people have an unhealthy life. Despite of the information we can search on the internet or the advertisment We can see or heard, people don´t realise that modern life can endanger our health. For instance many people have to work all day and They eat a lot of fast food, or they always have to eat quicky. What is more, nowadays people do not spleep enough and this is the main cause of stress and they do not do activities to keep them fit. 

However, in many ways It is difficult to have a healthy lifestyle because people have less free time. For example if They had free time,  They would prefer spend more time with their family, spleep, or watch television instead of doing excersise.

So, although there´s a lot of information about how to have a healthy life sometimes It can be difficult. But We have to made us that free time in order to have another lifestyle a healthy one.

IMPROVING OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

OUR AMOUNT OF MONEY

The purpose of this report is to discuss in which things We should  spend the money in order to improve our neighbourhood and to make a recommendation.

THE PAVEMENT

Since the neighbourhood has been liveable 20 years ago, the goverment promised to the people that the pavement in the streets would be made, however nobody came. For the people especially for the children who have to go to schooll result imposible to cross the street when rains because of the mud also the buses don´t want to enter to the neighbourhood which annoyed the people.

RECREATION CENTER

It is neccessary a recreation center because here we have many adolescents who have drug problems. In order to avoid the children and young people fall into this addiction They have to spend their free time doing different activities for example, learn to play the guitar or play football.

RECOMMENDATION

I recommend spending the money in the pavement of the streets and the building of a recreation center as this would have a beneficial effect on the people´s life.

WRITING A STORY ( UNIT 10)

 I will always remember that day as one of the happiest of my life.  when I was  a child I had a friend her name called rocio. she was one of my best friends but someday She moved out to another part of the town we lost touch one to another.

The years went by, I went to the primary school, then I started the high school in one near my house but I have some problems and I have to change to another school.

The first day of class I was so fussy that I sat down in the first desk I found. The  teacher was taking attendance when I heard her name so quicly I looked at the girl the teacher had mentioned, she was there, my old friend. She didn´t change face features, she was the same. I felt an emotion inside me.Since then, We are inseparable and We promised We will never separate again. For me that one meeting made it a day I will never forget.

Most of people dream of becoming famous because they think that money and fame are the most important things in life. Buy they really know how is a famous´ life? it is better  being famous or to be succesful but no so well-know?

Famous people are loved, admired, they have many fans who always support them when they are fell lonely or need someone who encourage them. they have the possibility to get all the things they want and when they want and of course travel around the world.

On the other hand, They can have a stressfull life, full of excesses. In a famous people´s life there will be always envious people who will try to mess up their life maybe exhibiting things about their personal life so They can´t have privacy. They also have to take care in choosing friends because only a few of them will be honest and loyal friends. So,despite of the the advantages of being famous, I prefer being success but not so well-know and have an enjoynable and pleasant life.

REPORT ON ADVENTURE SPORTS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.

INTRODUCTION:

The aim of this report is to suggest some adventure sports that I think would interest young people and encouraged them to join the club and to outline the benefit from doing these sports.

 

WHICH SPORTS ?

the town is situated  betweeen the coast and the mountains and young people would be interested in practise sports here. activities on the mountains would include mountain biking and mountaineering in which sports people have take part in before. On the coast young people would be able to practise surfing and windsurfing.

 

BENEFITS TO YOUNGSTERS

These  activities would benefit young people by teaching them to work in teams, also to encourage them to spend their free time in a healthy way instead of being in the streets learning bad things. At the same time they would get fitter.

CONCLUSION

I suggest the local sport club setting up mountaineering, mountain biking, surfinf and windsurfing  because I noticed that young people are really interested in these kind of  sports and they would find those sports funny, enjoyable, also a healthy way to spend their free time.

 A MEMORABLE TRIP

 It was a trip I´ll never forget. We were feeling very excited when we got  into a bus. I was at the kindergarten . It was crowded, We were about 30 children and two teachers. We were going to the farm singing and eating. My teacher had decided to go to the farm because of the end of the year.
 
I found the trip amazing because I had never been to the farm before. And We were seing cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and other animals you don´t see every day even a cocodrile.

Anyway, after We had luch, We went to the pigpen in order to fed  and milk the catlle. There were some horses near there and while I was milking the caw I heard a shout, it was my friend, the horse kicked her because She had been pulling it tail. Then the ambulance came, We had to come back to the school, We were all dissapointed and  concerned at the same time. My friend spent some time in the hospital. Until now we are still friends and she has the scar on his face. All in all, it was a wonderful trip.

LEISURE - TIME ACTIVITY

SWIMMING - A HELTHY WAY TO SPEND YOUR TIME

    I first got interested in swim one day when a was about 9.  I was with all my family in a camping with a swimming pool and I want to swim but I was afraid of water. I want to trying by myself and my mum encouraged  me by looking for a place where I could learn swim.

Then when the school started again I also started to go to swimming. I found I really liked it when some time later I lost the fear and made many good friends.

Now I am 19 years old, I Continuous swimming. I have lost the fear, I have learned different styles of swimming so I have been in many competitions and I won 5 prizes.

I´d recommend it as a hobby because for me it´s a great form to spend your time and it´s a helthy sport recommended for all ages even babies and people with different problems.

Thanks for your letter about your holiday. I´m happy to know that you are coming to salta. Front my point of view summer in the best season of the year here. therefore there are many things to do.

If i were you, I would go to the balcarse street to meet new people. There are pubs, restaurants, karaokes etc. If you want, you can come with me and some friends in order to knew my favorite disco.

In summer the day is hot all day even at night, so you should bring some light clothes, and maybe a jacket.

Thanks also for your invitation. I really want to travel with you, I´ll be free so I´ll take you to know the ancient building of our ancestor It´s really amazing. I´m looking forward to seeing you.

 For centuries, people lived with the Asian elephant in South Asia. Unfortunately, only the 5 % of their natural habitat is in optimal conditions to live. Since 1990, its population has declined by 97%. todal trere are only between 28,000 and 42,000 Asian elephants.

 These animals are docile, intelligent and obedient. Therefore, they have been used as pack animals by humans for millennia and circus animals, even war.

The elephant homes began to dissapear when the population grew and people started to destroy their habitat, they are domesticated to serve as a work tool and sport entertainment too.Worse was to come elephant are hunted for their ivory.

There are many people who think that life without them wouldn´t be the same. Organizations like EleAid have several initiatives to protect Asian elephants, people can support individual initiatives or donate money to the fundation. In some cases, you can sponsor an elephant in a santuary or reserve or simple sign a petition to avoid the ivory smuggling.

If people who is trying to save the elephant can change the people´s mind, we will avoid the extinction of a beautiful specie.
